Vision Real Estate is a TRUE full-service real estate company with the ability to REALLY be your agent for life. Our company is made up of licensed agents who specialize in new construction, first time buyers, sellers, investors, and property management and even development. As a result, many of our clients go from being our tenant to buying their first home, all the way to becoming a real estate investor with rentals of their own. Meet the Leadership

JEREMIAH MAUGHAN - President

Jeremiah oversees all the operations from marketing to management, finance to maintenance. While completing his master’s degree in Information Systems Management, he began his career managing rentals in his community. With 20 years of property management experience, Jeremiah has served as president of the Utah chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, member of the Utah Apartment Association’s Executive Governance, licensed continuing education instructor for the Utah Division of Real Estate, and several appointments in the local Association of Realtors.
